Concept/Features

Updates traditional design elements, such as an interior courtyard, timber-columned lake view porch, and rooftop cupola, to bring a comfortable classicism to a contemporary floor plan

The H-shaped, split-level plan wraps an interior pool courtyard that is accessible from several rooms. An upstairs home theater bridges a home office and one of four bedroom suites.

An extensive, state-of-the-art structured wiring system feeding a multitude of consumer electronics, controls, and management systems creates a truly customized living environment that can easily adjust to lifestyle changes over time.

Sustainability

Managed by touch-screen electronic controls, a high-efficiency heating and cooling equipment, complete with the latest air-quality system, serves a network of sealed, insulated ducts in semi-conditioned space to reduce thermal transfer.

Also includes: Energy Star-qualified appliances and windows; engineered wood flooring; sealed combustion direct-vent fireplaces; central vacuum system; motorized window shading; on-demand tankless water heaters, low-VOC-content finishes, and an extensive use of day lighting and passive heating and cooling concepts.
